福井県奥越地区産「五百万」100%使用。麹50%、掛60%で精米し醸した純米吟醸で、搾りたての酒を手を加えず、そのまま瓶詰めした直汲みの生酒です。季節限定。
日本酒度+10と「飛」び抜けるような鋭いキレ味が特徴で、透明感の中に洗練された旨味が静かに広がり、搾りたてならではの微かな発泡感が一層シャープなキレ味を際立たせます。

Founded in 1804, this brewery is located in Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture. Its signature brand is "Tsuneyama." Using sake rice grown in the Miyama area of Fukui City, located almost in the center of the Reihoku region of Fukui Prefecture, and mineral-rich water sourced from the Hakusan water system, they create sake that is light and refreshing, yet brings out the full flavor of the rice, creating a "light and delicious" sake that expresses the "Echizen dry" style.
