Founded in 1893, this brewery is located in Kamo City, Niigata Prefecture. Kamo Nishiki, known for the distinctive label design of its "Nifuda Sake Series," is a small brewery, but under the leadership of a young master brewer, they began brewing sake in the 26th year of the brewing season and released the "Nifuda Sake Series." While adhering to basic principles, they have been working on a variety of sake brewing projects, and have been gaining attention in recent years.
