香川県にある蔵元／悦凱陣（よろこびがいじん）の最後の杜氏の流れをくむ「西垣昌弘杜氏」が醸す、食米としてもおいしい酒米「中生新千本（なかてしんせんぼん）」をあえて80%精米にとどめた、辛口の純米酒（火入れ）です。

辛口ながら、米の旨味が感じられ、それを苦味や酸味がバランスよく包み込む、すっきりと切れる味わい。コストパフォーマンスにも優れる1本です。

This brewery, located in Higashi-Hiroshima city, was founded in 1898. Formerly known as "Yoshidaya Sake," the sake they produce aims to produce a refreshing, dry sake in Hiroshima, where many sakes tend to be soft and sweet.
