We use a rice polishing method called "Gengata Seimai" which polishes sake rice close to its original state (brown rice). This allows us to produce "sake with a clean taste" with less polishing than conventional methods.

This brewery, located in Higashi-Hiroshima city, was founded in 1898. Formerly known as "Yoshidaya Sake," the sake they produce aims to produce a refreshing, dry sake in Hiroshima, where many sakes tend to be soft and sweet.
