It's like biting into freshly picked grapes. Our brewers have embodied this sensation in the form of a liqueur. It has the wild aroma of white brandy and the richness of 100% fruit juice, but also has the mature flavor of wine. No sweeteners other than grape juice are used. Enjoy it straight or on the rocks, or with soda or juice, or as an iced float, or even as a hamburger sauce.

Producer/Brewery ( Hyogo Prefecture / Nishiyama Brewery (Kotsuzumi, Rojo Hanaari) )

This brewery was founded in 1849 (Kaei 2) and is located in Tamba City, Hyogo Prefecture. Its signature brand is "Kotsuzumi." The third-generation brewer, Nishiyama Hakuun (Nishiyama Ryozo), was Takahama Kyoshi's top haiku disciple. Along with his younger brother Hakugetsu, they were known as "Tamba Nitomari," and it is said that in 1915 (Taisho 4), the sake "Kotsuzumi" was born, named by Takahama Kyoshi.
