This liqueur is like fruit juice, packed with plenty of domestic apple juice and pulp. It uses a generous amount of both grated and diced apples, bringing out the natural sweetness and freshness of the apples. We recommend drinking it well chilled on the rocks.

*The diced fruit pulp will sink to the bottom of the glass, so please stir the drink and enjoy the fruit pulp as well.

This brewery was founded in 1893 (Meiji 26) and is located in Katsuragi City, Nara Prefecture. While they primarily produce sake, they also focus on fruit-based liqueurs. This website introduces local liqueurs that are only available in Shizuoka Prefecture.
