This luxurious yuzu liquor is made with domestic yuzu juice blended with Umenoyado sake, allowing you to enjoy the refreshing flavor and acidity unique to yuzu. Approximately 20 yuzu juice is used in 1800mL, and approximately 8 yuzu juice per 720mL. By blending with Umenoyado sake, the alcoholic taste and the acidity and bitterness of the yuzu are toned down, making the fruity flavor more noticeable and resulting in a smooth liqueur. We recommend drinking it on the rocks or with soda.

This brewery was founded in 1893 (Meiji 26) and is located in Katsuragi City, Nara Prefecture. While they primarily produce sake, they also focus on fruit-based liqueurs. This website introduces local liqueurs that are only available in Shizuoka Prefecture.
