栃木県産「五百万石」を55%精米し、高原山麓自家湧水（超軟水）を用い、金沢酵母（K1401）で醸した純米吟醸の、贅沢に圧力をかけずに自然に滴り落ちる雫だけを集めた雫取り（袋吊り）を無濾過で瓶詰した生原酒です。
当蔵の新酒第1弾。雫取りした生原酒ならではの爽やかな香り、透明感のがあり瑞々しく優しい口当たりです。

In anticipation of the recent aging of master brewers and a declining population, President Matsui Nobutaka has personally trained in sake brewing, and as both brewer and master brewer, he painstakingly prepares sake.
He was certified as the first Shimotsuke Toji on November 21st, 2006.
