古事記に道標として登場する「とり」　にちなみ、都美人の道標となるお酒になるようにという想いから命名。五百万石を65%精米し、山廃仕込みで醸した純米の無濾過生原酒を蔵内で約3年熟成させた後出荷します。濃醇タイプの酒質に3年熟成ならではの複雑な旨味やしっかりとした酸が絡み、キレも良い味わいです。

Producer/Brewery ( Hyogo Prefecture/Tomijin Brewery )

This brewery is located in Minamiawaji City, Hyogo Prefecture, and was founded in 1945 by the merger of 10 breweries in the southern part of Awaji Island.

Since its founding, the brewery has been committed to the Yamahai brewing method, and continues to brew sake that is timeless, in order to maximize the flavor and aroma of the rice.Using the Yamahai method as the base and a fast brewing process, the brewery produces a refreshing yet deep flavor, and is highly rated for its traditional sake quality, which is particularly good when served warm.
