Based on San'in Ginjo, a cool and strong sake, it is given fullness and a lingering finish with Omachi, Kimoto, and Tsukihaze three-day koji. The pressed sake is aged in tanks and then diluted to 13%, resulting in a sake that is both easy to drink and full-bodied.

It has a low alcohol content but a strong flavor. It is also perfect as a warm sake, and is the sake with the highest repeat rate among our restaurants.
