Producer/Brewery ( Fukuoka Prefecture/Yamaguchi Brewery (Niwa no Uguisu) )

This brewery was founded in 1832 (Tenpo 3) and is located in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture. Although their main product is sake, they obtained a license to produce liqueurs in 2005, and in 2011, their " Tenma Tenjin Plum Wine Competition 2011/ Special Selection Plum Wine Uguisu Tomari Uguisu Toro" won first place in Japan, and their plum wine is also gaining popularity.
