This limited edition sake is released every summer. Crafted with the experience and knowledge of the brewer, it is carefully crafted using complex aging techniques, resulting in a Ryukyu Awamori with a deep sense of maturity and a refined flavor. Crafted with a focus on sensitivity and incorporating playfulness and ingenuity, it is brewed to bring out the unique qualities of each year.
Pour into a rocks glass and after a while, the sweet aroma of vanilla, caramel, and maple syrup gently rises. When you put it in your mouth, the concentrated sweetness of dried fruit spreads, leaving a deep, lingering aftertaste.

Yonejima Shuzo is a Ryukyu Awamori brewery located in Kumejima Town, Okinawa Prefecture, founded in 1948.

We continue to focus on small-scale production that can be managed by hand, pouring all our five senses into the process, such as managing the condition of the ingredients, temperature, humidity, temperature control of the koji, the amount of time spent stirring, and even the hardness of the water, changing it from day to day and making subtle adjustments.
