南九州地方で「疲れを癒す」の意を持つ"ダレヤメの酒"をコンセプトに、「声を出さずににっこりとほほえむ様子」を意味する「莞爾（かんじ）」と命名され、昔ながらの手造りにこだわった常圧蒸留の芋焼酎の、蒸留したばかりの出来立てを無濾過で瓶詰めした新焼酎です。原料芋に鹿児島県産「黄金千貫」、麹米には鹿児島県産「なつほのか」使用。
特にお湯割りがおすすめで、栗のような香りと出来立てならではのフレッシュで荒々しい風味が楽しめます。

Producer/Brewery ( Kagoshima Prefecture / Marunishi Sake Brewery (Yuuhara Yumenaka) )

This shochu brewery was founded in 1916 in Shibushi City, Kagoshima Prefecture. Its flagship brand is "Futsuhara." They continue to preserve the tradition of handcrafted shochu using the same earthenware jars used at the time of their founding and the yeast that is in-house.
