Producer/Brewery ( Kagoshima Prefecture (Amami) / Yamada Sake Brewery (Amami Choun) )

Founded in 1957, this small, family-run shochu brewery is located in Tatsugo Town, Oshima County, Kagoshima Prefecture. They are committed to producing high-quality koji, and are also cultivating their own sugarcane in their own fields near the brewery, using shochu lees produced by the brewery as fertilizer.
