By slowly dissolving and fermenting the brown sugar over time to ensure the aroma is not lost, the flavor of the brown sugar is locked in, allowing you to fully enjoy the sweetness and richness of the brown sugar. It is particularly good when drunk on the rocks or with hot water. The name of the sake comes from the name of the bridge that crosses Nagagumo Pass.

Founded in 1957, this small, family-run shochu brewery is located in Tatsugo Town, Oshima County, Kagoshima Prefecture. They are committed to producing high-quality koji, and are also cultivating their own sugarcane in their own fields near the brewery, using shochu lees produced by the brewery as fertilizer.
