This unfiltered sake is made from 100% "Suisei," a cross between Hokkaido's first sake-brewing rice, "Hatsushizuku," and the Hokkaido-grown "Ginpu." It is polished to 55% and brewed with 100% "Suisei." It is a limited edition sake that will be available from spring to early summer.

It has a fruity aroma with a fruity feel, and the fruity and juicy taste that is characteristic of Sugata, but the aftertaste is also light.
