「兵庫錦」は山田錦と西海134号の交配から生まれ、2011年に品種登録された比較的新しい酒米。契約栽培の下、コウノトリ農法にて栽培されたこの「兵庫錦」を70%精米し、生酛仕込みで醸した純米で、晩秋まで蔵で熟成させた「ひやおろし」（生詰め、1回火入れ）です。
米の甘みやコクと心地よい酸のバランスが良く、食中酒に最適な味わいです。
