Founded in 1702 (Genroku 15), this brewery is located in Asago City, Hyogo Prefecture. Its flagship brand is "Chikusen." They specialize in aged, pure rice, and warm sake, crafting one-of-a-kind sake that complements food perfectly. The filtration method is carefully designed to allow you to fully enjoy the umami and mature flavor components, resulting in a slightly yellowish sake.
