This pure rice sake is made using Gunma Prefecture's Wakamizu rice, polished to 50%, the same level as Daiginjo sake, and brewed using the traditional Yamahai method. It has a pleasant, balanced flavor with a gentle melon-like aroma, the acidity and rich umami characteristic of Yamahai sake, and a refreshing acidity.
