岡山県産「雄町」を70%精米し生酛仕込みで醸した純米酒。表示はありませんが、ひと夏熟成した「秋あがり」です。雄町ならではの丸みのある旨味を感じやや辛口の酒質。それに生酛づくり由来の奥深い旨味と酸がバランスし、かつ熟成によるまろやかさを増した味わい。食中酒として最適です。
