静岡県沼津市にある日本酒「白隠正宗」を醸す高嶋酒造による、富士山の伏流水、静岡県産米、静岡酵母で造った純静岡産の米焼酎です。商品名の「第壱峰（だいいっぽう）」とは、ラベルのイラストに描かれている富士山を表しています。
清酒の一般的な醸造工程と同様に3段仕込みで仕込み、途中で酒粕を追加した後、発酵・蒸留、その後2～3年蔵で熟成させています。それにより、吟醸香や米の旨味を感じ、穏やかで丸みがある味わいです。
