Founded in 1913, this brewery is located along the clear Yoshino River in Miyoshi Town, Tokushima Prefecture. Utilizing the unique characteristics of rice suitable for sake brewing, and focusing on polishing to bring out the inherent flavor of the rice, the brewery strives to produce sake with a clean palate, a lustrous, full-bodied flavor, and an elegant aroma.
