In response to the requests of Toji Yamamoto's longtime fans, the original recipe (from the "Kikutaka" era) has been recreated. This unfiltered sake is brewed using 80% polished Omachi rice from Okayama Prefecture. Upon opening, fine gas rises from the liquid, revealing a grape-like aroma. Combined with its high alcohol content of 17%, it is characterized by a full body and sharp acidity. Aging at ice temperature for approximately six months enhances the flavor and mellowness.

We also recommend drinking it warm.
