麹米に山田錦、掛米に美山錦を使用し45%精米した純米大吟醸。明鏡止水の“M”、蔵元／大澤真(まこと)の“M”、杜氏／大澤実(みのる)の“M”、各々の想いを込めて命名された「Mシリーズ」。"24"は2024年度醸造。2025年春に瓶詰めされ、蔵で約10か月低温熟成された後に出荷されています。
華やかで上品な香り、熟成による滑らかな舌触り、やわらかな米の旨味が楽しめます。リーズナブルな価格もうれしい商品です。
