「楽の世」を醸す丸井合名は、40石と小さな酒蔵。灘の酒蔵「剣菱」にお酒を供給していましたが、近年独自ブランドを立ち上げ個性的なお酒でじわじわと人気が上がる酒蔵です。
この商品は、岐阜県郡上市白鳥町六ノ里（ろくのり）でシマダファームが栽培した棚田米を使用。200kgという少ロット、70%精米し醸した純米の生酒です。南国果実のような瑞々しさと優しい甘みを感じる味わいです。

Marui Gomei's sake brewery, located in Hoteicho, Konan City, Aichi Prefecture, was founded in 1790. They pump up underground water from the Kiso River system and brew their rich sake, "Rakunoyo," primarily using the Yamahai method. It is a small brewery with a capacity of just 40 koku.
