「楽の世」を醸す丸井合名は、40石と小さな酒蔵。灘の酒蔵「剣菱」にお酒を供給していましたが、近年独自ブランドを立ち上げ個性的なお酒でじわじわと人気が上がる酒蔵です。
この商品は、楽の世の他商品と同様、一般的な三段仕込み（「初添」「仲添」「留添」）ではなく、熱掛け「四段仕込み」を採用しています。原料米には「雄町」を使用し70%精米し山廃仕込みで醸した純米の生酒です。

幅のある雄町ならではの米の旨み、山廃四段仕込みならではの力強いボディ感と酸、複雑な余韻が続く味わいです。

Producer/Brewery ( Aichi Prefecture/Marui Partnership (The World of Comfort) )

Marui Gomei's sake brewery, located in Hoteicho, Konan City, Aichi Prefecture, was founded in 1790. They pump up underground water from the Kiso River system and brew their rich sake, "Rakunoyo," primarily using the Yamahai method. It is a small brewery with a capacity of just 40 koku.
