This product is released only once a year. It uses Yamadanishiki rice, white koji, and Kogane Senkan sweet potatoes from southern Satsuma. The added koji adds a deeper sense of maturity to the raw shochu, which is then aged for a long period in an earthenware jar to create a special sweet potato shochu.

Producer/Brewery ( Kagoshima Prefecture / Nakamata Sake Brewery (Kirino/Nakamata) )

This shochu brewery in Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture, was founded in 1904. Since the completion of a new factory in 2005, the brewery has been producing high-quality shochu under the guidance of experienced master brewer Tsutomu Kurose.
