Producer/Brewery ( Yamagata Prefecture / Takahashi Sake Brewery (Tohoku Izumi) )

Founded in 1902 (Meiji 35), this brewery is located in Yuza Town, Yamagata Prefecture. Its flagship brand is "Tohoku Izumi." It is a regular winner of the gold medal at the National New Sake Tasting Competition.

We use water from our own well, which is fed by underground water from Mt. Chokai, and a variety of sake rice, and mainly produce sake that can be enjoyed with meals and is suitable for everyday use without getting bored.
