This Junmai Ginjo unpasteurized sake is made using 100% Yamagata's signature sake rice, "Dewa Sansan," and is brewed using only Yamagata's original ingredients, including "Olyse Yamagata (koji mold)" and "Yamagata yeast." It has a gorgeous, fresh aroma reminiscent of green apples, and a well-balanced soft umami flavor and elegant acidity. It is especially recommended to drink it chilled or at room temperature.

Producer/Brewery ( Yamagata Prefecture/Dewazakura Sake Brewery )

Founded in 1892 (Meiji 25), this brewery is located in Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture. It operates two breweries: "Yamagata Brewery" in Yamagata City and "Tenku Brewery" in Tendo City. In 1980, the brewery released its signature sake, "Ouka Ginjo Sake," and quickly became famous nationwide. The decision to sell ginjo sake, which had previously been reserved for tasting competitions, to the general public sparked a new trend in the sake industry.
