This liqueur is made with Yamagata's famous peaches. Each bottle contains a generous 5.5 peaches and ginjo sake, resulting in a rich texture and a firm, sweet peach aroma, creating an exquisite balance. We recommend drinking it well chilled, on the rocks, with soda, or with milk.

Producer/Brewery ( Yamagata Prefecture/Dewazakura Sake Brewery )

Founded in 1892 (Meiji 25), this brewery is located in Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture. It operates two breweries: "Yamagata Brewery" in Yamagata City and "Tenku Brewery" in Tendo City. In 1980, the brewery released its signature sake, "Ouka Ginjo Sake," and quickly became famous nationwide. The decision to sell ginjo sake, which had previously been reserved for tasting competitions, to the general public sparked a new trend in the sake industry.
