This product is a Nigori Nama version. Nigori is bottled in limited quantities and will be sold in limited quantities only.
This red sake is made with ancient rice (purple black rice) that has been re-cultivated in Ine Town. It has a sweet and sour taste and a pleasant texture, making it a new type of sake. It can be enjoyed chilled, on the rocks, or with soda, and is surprisingly interesting as a hot sake.

Producer/Brewery ( Kyoto Prefecture/Mukai Sake Brewery (Ine Mankai) )
Founded in 1754, this brewery is located in Ine Town, at the northern tip of the Tango Peninsula in northern Kyoto Prefecture. It's a small brewery with an annual production of around 500 koku. Ine Mankai was served at lunch at the G20 Osaka Summit in 2019, and the brewery has become known as a tourist spot. The sake has just the right amount of bitterness and acidity, and aims to create a taste that connoisseurs will enjoy pairing well with food, adhering to the Yamahai and Kimoto methods of sake brewing.
