大正時代に選抜され、現在は幻の酒米とも言われる、兵庫県北部・但馬産「強力」を65%精米し山廃で仕込んだ、辛口タイプの純米原酒です。
力強い酒を造りたいという想いから生まれたお酒の通り、旨味たっぷりの濃厚で男らしい味わいです。この力強さを表現するためのラベルには、木版画家／村上暁人氏のこの作品を採用。常温～55℃程度のお燗で、力強い旨味とキレが引き立ち、焼き肉等の肉料理によく合います。

Producer/Brewery ( Kyoto Prefecture/Mukai Sake Brewery (Ine Mankai) )

Founded in 1754, this brewery is located in Ine Town, at the northern tip of the Tango Peninsula in northern Kyoto Prefecture. It's a small brewery with an annual production of around 500 koku. Ine Mankai was served at lunch at the G20 Osaka Summit in 2019, and the brewery has become known as a tourist spot. The sake has just the right amount of bitterness and acidity, and aims to create a taste that connoisseurs will enjoy pairing well with food, adhering to the Yamahai and Kimoto methods of sake brewing.
