京の春特別純米生酛仕込おべっさん原酒 1回火入れ（令和7醸造年度）

京都府／向井酒造

丹後半島にある京都府伊根町産「雄町」を、麹米65%・掛米80%で各々精米し生酛仕込みで醸した特別純米の原酒（1回火入れ）。

2024年には、雑誌「Dancyu」（ダンチュー）に掲載され、すぐに売り切れ。2025年は鹿による食害により雄町の収量が少なく生産できなかったのですが、ようやく2026年（令和7醸造年度）で発売となりました。日本酒度+9と辛口タイプで低精白ならではの複雑な味わいの中に、低肥料で栽培された「雄町」の個性が感じられます。

※商品名にある「おべっさん」とは、毎年8月20日に開催され、海の安全と豊漁を祈願する伝統的なお祭りで、伊根湾に浮かぶ青島へ参拝が行われ、また太鼓と横笛の音に合わせて、手漕ぎの祭礼船での競争（こばりあい）を繰り広げます。

Producer/Brewery ( Kyoto Prefecture/Mukai Sake Brewery (Ine Mankai) )

Founded in 1754, this brewery is located in Ine Town, at the northern tip of the Tango Peninsula in northern Kyoto Prefecture. It's a small brewery with an annual production of around 500 koku. Ine Mankai was served at lunch at the G20 Osaka Summit in 2019, and the brewery has become known as a tourist spot. The sake has just the right amount of bitterness and acidity, and aims to create a taste that connoisseurs will enjoy pairing well with food, adhering to the Yamahai and Kimoto methods of sake brewing.
