会津産「夢の香」と「うつくしま夢酵母」を使用し、超軟水「喜多方名水」でじっくりと仕込まれた純米吟醸（火入れ）です。搾った後、直ぐに瓶詰し、生で貯蔵して旨みが出るのを待ってから瓶火入れを行い、-5℃で貯蔵。出荷直前まで徹底した低温管理されたお酒です。
メロンやイチゴのフルーティーな香り。中辛口でやわらかく、優しいながらもしっかりとした旨みがある、中辛口の味わいです。

Producer/Brewery ( Fukushima Prefecture / Homare Brewery (Aizu Homare, Karahashi) )

Located in Kitakata City, Fukushima Prefecture, this sake brewery was founded in 1918 after taking over a sake brewery from its original business of rice wholesale and miso and koji manufacturing. Located in the Aizu region of Fukushima Prefecture, where sake brewing is thriving, the brewery makes the most of the local terroir in its sake brewing. Recently, the brewery launched a new brand, "Karashi." The brewery thoroughly pursues quality through careful brewing, bottle pasteurization, and refrigerated storage at -5°C until just before shipping.
