Wind Forest Waterside (Mizuhana) 1568

Wind Forest Waterside (Mizuhana) 1568

奈良県/油長酒造

The concept behind Mizuhana is that "modern brewers recreate forgotten techniques passed down in ancient Nara, relying on documents from the Kofuku-ji Tamon-in Diary (1568)." It is brewed in the dedicated sake brewery, Kyohogura, using Akitsuho rice grown in Nara Prefecture in large jars through a three-stage winter brewing process.
It has a deep flavor that makes you feel the profound history of sake.

This brand has a unique character and flavor that is the polar opposite of the modern "Kaze no Mori," and we hope you enjoy a time travel back to the Muromachi period.
