A chilled candy for adults that will warm you from the inside out! This rich, dry liqueur is made with freshly grated ginger and sake.
Gingerol and shogaol, which are contained in ginger, are known to be very beneficial to the body, improving blood circulation, promoting metabolism, boosting immunity, preventing obesity, and preventing aging through their antioxidant properties. Moreover, the "parent ginger" used in this product is particularly rich in these compounds.
When heated, some of the gingerol transforms into the more potent shogaol, so drinking it warm or with hot water is especially recommended. Heating it in the microwave for one minute increases the amount of shogaol by 1.5 times. It can also be enjoyed with carbonated water or beer.

Producer/Brewery ( Wakayama Prefecture / Yoshimura Hideo Shoten (Kurumazaka) )

This sake brewery in Iwade City, Wakayama Prefecture, was founded in 1915 by the youngest son of a family that ran a silk industry. Its flagship brand is "Kurumazaka." It uses underground water from the Kino River, which originates in Odaigahara, part of Yoshino-Kumano National Park, and flows through the Yoshino River in Nara and into Wakayama, to brew its sake. In recent years, the brewery has been actively submitting its sake to tasting competitions in Japan and abroad, where it has received high praise.
