A mellow double koji perfect for the deepening autumn. This Junmai sake attempts to create a rich flavor unique to autumn. By carefully brewing with twice the usual koji ratio, the flavor is fuller and fuller in all its umami, sweetness, and acidity. This Te to Te autumn sake can be enjoyed with all five senses.

This brewery, located in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, was founded in 1805. With the motto "drink in relaxation," the brewery is small and therefore devoted to small-scale brewing, with the whole family working together to carefully brew sake with the aim of creating a Japanese-style sake.
