In the spirit of Naminooto's motto, "New sake in an old jar," 11th-generation owner Mitsuya Nakai has brewed "Te to Te" by combining modern sake brewing with Naminooto's traditional techniques. This product is intended to be enjoyed by sake lovers as well as those new to sake.
It has a light, fruity taste that is easy to drink, and you can sense the gorgeous aroma and flavor of rice.

This brewery, located in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, was founded in 1805. With the motto "drink in relaxation," the brewery is small and therefore devoted to small-scale brewing, with the whole family working together to carefully brew sake with the aim of creating a Japanese-style sake.
