この商品は、滋賀県産の酒造好適米「玉栄（たまさかえ）」を60%精米し醸した純米吟醸の、火入れバージョン。フルーティで飲みやすい、軽やかな味わいです。

This brewery, located in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, was founded in 1805. With the motto "drink in relaxation," the brewery is small and therefore devoted to small-scale brewing, with the whole family working together to carefully brew sake with the aim of creating a Japanese-style sake.
