蔵元杜氏である中井氏が、福島県会津／曙酒造（天明）で約4年間の研鑽を積み醸すブランド「Te to Te」（てとて）。日本酒好きな方はもちろん、これから日本酒を飲む初心者の方にも愉しんでいただけるお酒を目指したシリーズです。
この商品は、滋賀県産の酒造好適米で、山田錦と玉栄を親に持つ「吟吹雪（ぎんふぶき）」を60%精米し醸した純米吟醸の、火入れバージョンです。
フルーティな甘みを感じつつ、酸がまとめ、すっきりと切れる味わいです。

This brewery, located in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, was founded in 1805. With the motto "drink in relaxation," the brewery is small and therefore devoted to small-scale brewing, with the whole family working together to carefully brew sake with the aim of creating a Japanese-style sake.
