This Junmai Daiginjo sake is made from 50% polished "Omachi" rice grown in Okayama Prefecture, and is pasteurized only once before being stored in tanks. Starting with the 2024 brewing year, a new yeast inspired by the sweet yellow apple "Gunma Meigetsu" has been used.
It has a gorgeous Golden Delicious-style aroma, a refreshing acidity, and a fruity taste that allows you to experience the rich fruity flavor and umami that is unique to Omachi rice.
