This is a pure rice daiginjo sake that uses red yeast and is colored coral pink.
It has a low alcohol content of 10% and offers a sweet and sour taste.

Producer/Brewery ( Gunma Prefecture / Ryujin Sake Brewery (Oze Snowmelt) )

This brewery was founded in the Edo period and is located in Tatebayashi City, Gunma Prefecture. Their signature brand is "Oze no Yukidoke." The company name comes from the fact that the brewery was built on top of "Ryujin no Ido," a famous spring water produced by the melting snow of Oze. Using the ultra-soft water that springs from this well, they brew sake that is primarily rich and flavorful, bringing out the natural umami of the rice to the fullest.
