北海道北竜町産「彗星米」を100%使用し、醸造協会より委託された試験醸造品として次世代新型酵母「HF-1」を使用し、低温でじっくり醸した試験醸造酒（瓶燗火入れ、限定約2000本のみ生産）です。「協会20号」酵母として正式採用されるかもしれない？、新しい香味にトライできます。
ほのかに洋ナシのような香り、彗星米の独特のミネラル感、柑橘の果皮を思わせるアクセントの爽やかな味わいです。

Producer/Brewery ( Gunma Prefecture / Ryujin Sake Brewery (Oze Snowmelt) )

This brewery was founded in the Edo period and is located in Tatebayashi City, Gunma Prefecture. Their signature brand is "Oze no Yukidoke." The company name comes from the fact that the brewery was built on top of "Ryujin no Ido," a famous spring water produced by the melting snow of Oze. Using the ultra-soft water that springs from this well, they brew sake that is primarily rich and flavorful, bringing out the natural umami of the rice to the fullest.
