Aged in temperatures and humidity equivalent to those of the Scottish Highlands. Blended with 11- to 13-year-old sake, this aged sake boasts a deep vanilla aroma thanks to oak barrel aging, as well as the sweet, soft flavor of rice-aged sake. Limited production of approximately 1,000 bottles per year. Winner of the TWSC Grand Gold Award for two consecutive years in 2020 and 2021.

Founded in 1923, this brewery is a leading producer of "Kuma Shochu," a type of shochu produced in the Kuma Hitoyoshi region of Kumamoto Prefecture using only rice, rice koji, and water from the Kuma Basin.
We have been focusing on aged spirits for some time, and have installed air conditioning in our insulated barrel storage room, thoroughly controlling the temperature at an appropriate level, and ageing the spirits in conditions similar to those found in the Scottish Highlands.
