鹿児島県(奄美)/富田酒造場
The 40% version of "Ryugu." It's richer and more substantial than the 30% version, with a dense, slightly sweet aroma derived from domestically produced rice koji and Okinawan brown sugar. Despite its alcohol content, it has a clean, sharp finish that makes it surprisingly easy to down.
We recommend drinking it on the rocks or straight, but you can also enjoy it with hot water or soda. It's also recommended for making plum wine.

Founded in 1951 during the American occupation, this brown sugar shochu brewery is located at the foot of Mount Rankan in Naze, Amami City, Kagoshima Prefecture. All of their shochu is brewed in earthenware jars (540L) using black koji, resulting in a sharp, deep flavor. Their signature brand is "Ryugu."
