「鶴鳴」（かくめい）は、江戸返りの頂点をなすシリーズ。この「一聲（いっせい）」は、年２回発売されるこのシリーズの中核商品となります。江戸寛文年間に焦点を当て、過去の文献を参考に、栃木県さくら市産「ドメーヌさくら／減農薬 山田錦」100%使用し醸した、生酛純米、無濾過・原酒（火入れ）です。
昨年の仕様から生酛仕込みへ変更。生酛化により、より繊細で奥行きのある味わいです。
