"Senkin Organic Nature" is a supernatural sake revived using ancient techniques. It is made with no additives (only rice, rice koji, and water) and is brewed from organic "Kame-no-O" rice grown at Domaine Sakura (Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture), which is returned to its original state from the seeds. It is polished to 90% and brewed to fully extract the energy of the rice, creating a unique world of Senkin.
