「五百万石」を55%精米し醸した純米吟醸の微発泡・無濾過生酒で、しぼりたてを直接瓶詰めしています。「日本酒って重い」「飲みにくい」といったネガティブなイメージを変えたい、との思いから企画されたお酒だけあって、メロンのような吟醸香、心地よいガス感（微発泡）があり爽快感と爽やかな旨味を感じ、キレが良くすっきりとした余韻を楽しめます。

Producer/Brewery ( Shizuoka Prefecture/Shitaizumi Brewery )

This brewery was founded in 1883 and is located in Yaizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture.

After resuming sake brewing after the war, they quickly began working on ginjo brewing, and in 1960 they released the ginjo sake "Shirasagi," which a few years later won a gold medal at the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology Tasting, the most prestigious sake brewing event in Japan at the time. Since the 2009 brewing year, under the direction of Noto Toji Nishihara Mitsushi, they have been pursuing modern sake quality while continuing to use their ingenuity to brew traditional sake.
