Taking advantage of the opportunity of Japan's "traditional sake brewing" being registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, Fujieda has instead focused on innovating sake, and has released "Fujieda Nouveau," a refreshing pure rice ginjo unpasteurized sake brewed using Gohyakumangoku rice from Toyama Prefecture, polished to a rice polishing ratio of 60%, without any pasteurization.
It has an elegant aroma of melon and pear, a slight carbonation typical of new sake, and a taste that lets you really taste the umami of rice.Even those who are not familiar with sake can enjoy it.
The pop label was designed by Neko Yuko, who has worked on many wine labels.
