Taking advantage of the opportunity of Japan's "traditional sake brewing" being registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, Fujieda has instead focused on innovating sake, and has released "Fujieda Nouveau," a refreshing pure rice ginjo unpasteurized sake brewed using Gohyakumangoku rice from Toyama Prefecture, polished to a rice polishing ratio of 60%, without any pasteurization.
It has an elegant aroma of melon and pear, a slight carbonation typical of new sake, and a taste that lets you really taste the umami of rice.Even those who are not familiar with sake can enjoy it.
The pop label was designed by Neko Yuko, who has worked on many wine labels.

Producer/Brewery ( Shizuoka Prefecture/Shitaizumi Brewery )
This brewery was founded in 1883 and is located in Yaizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
After resuming sake brewing after the war, they quickly began working on ginjo brewing, and in 1960 they released the ginjo sake "Shirasagi," which a few years later won a gold medal at the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology Tasting, the most prestigious sake brewing event in Japan at the time. Since the 2009 brewing year, under the direction of Noto Toji Nishihara Mitsushi, they have been pursuing modern sake quality while continuing to use their ingenuity to brew traditional sake.
