This product is a blend of barley shochu made with Japan's unique koji, stored in barrels, and aged for over 15 years.
The vanilla-like aroma of fruit and white oak, the gentle sweetness and mellow mouthfeel derived from koji, and the solid body with an alcohol content of 42% give it a layered aroma and flavor.
We especially recommend drinking it straight or on the rocks.

Producer/Brewery ( Nishiyoshida Sake Brewery (Tsukushi) in Fukuoka Prefecture )

This brewery, located in Chikugo City, Fukuoka Prefecture, was founded in 1893. Since its founding, the brewery has been dedicated to producing authentic shochu, and in pursuit of the inherent fragrant, complex flavor and ease of drinking of barley, it strictly evaluates the combination of barley aroma and flavor according to its own standards, and carefully selects barley that is best suited to barley shochu based on factors such as grain uniformity, starch content, and hardness.
